As an added benefit the company will advise management on accounting issues relating to your company so that your annual financial statements obtains a “qualified audit report” and also advise management on any tax matters that may affect the company.

Managing Director
Sethembiso Nyoka
Chartered Accountant [CA(SA)] and Chartered Business Accountant in Practice [CBAP] with B.Com degree and B.Com Honours from UCT and UNISA. Over 15 years’ public sector experience, including CFO at the Provincial Department and Director Supply Chain Management at a Municipality level. Former audit manager in the public and private sector. Member of SAICA, CIBA, SAIT, and a licensed Business Rescue Practitioner.
